Do we need to talk to the council at all?
No we'll take care of everything, form getting the planing permission to having the design approved against building regulations.
How will it take to have your plans drawn up?
On completion of an intial site survey (usually 1-2 hours) we'll have your intial plans drawns up in 7-10 days
What if we already have a builder, can you still do our plans?
That's no problem, we'll simply draw up the plans and let them take care of the rest.
